THE NEXT CLICK EDITION (January 2010) WILL BE ANNOUNCED END-DECEMBER.

This event does not require a recipe or a blog. All you need is a picture. Non-bloggers are encouraged to participate. The focus will be on items used or encountered daily in our surroundings.

hardwarereqd-copy.jpg A working camera (or cameraphone) and computer.

softwarereqd.jpg A perspective that can tease the marvellous out of the mundane. A sense of humour is an advantage.

We’re not professionals or experts, nor are many of the judges we plan to invite. This is intended to be a forum for amateurs to interact with and learn from each other.

** A new theme will be announced around the first of each month.

** Unless otherwise specified, entries will be due at midnight Eastern Standard Time on the 30th of the month (28th for February).

** A panel of judges will score the entries. Winners will be announced in four categories:

(The Best Capture - Three winners)

(The Most Original)

(The Most Drool-worthy)

One of us (Bee or Jai) picks our ten favourite entries. Readers vote for their favourites among them. The winner is the entry with the most votes that has not won in any other category.

Results in all categories will be announced on or before the 10th of the month. Winners in all the categories get badges to display on their sites. The first place winner of CLICK Spectra will be invited to judge in the next edition.

One picture per person/blog.
