I found an intriguing recipe today - Brownies made with black bean. I would like to try this recipe at some point. If anyone tries this recipe, please post feedback here.

i've seen it at madhuram's blog too and have tasted something similar. it's wonderful. kidney beans work too. the best, are adzuki beans - the little read beans used in the red bean paste in chinese sweets.
