Waterton Lakes National Park

in Alberta, Canada. We spent a day and a half here last week.

    Awesome! All the shot are beautiful but 6th is absolutely “technicolor” V. Shantaram style. That is my favorite!

    As usual your framing and composition are so thoughtful. Such breathtaking views – did you find your selves suffering from beauty overload at any point? By which I mean after a while are you finding all the panoramic vistas becoming more taken for granted? Ho hum – another gorgeous view, yawn…..?

    And what I am more curious about – how do you find suitable food on the road? Your meals had become fairly particular it seemed – are you able to find similar cooking when you travel very easily?

      this was our second visit (the first was four years ago), and it gave us a totally new perspective. after the drive through glacier national park to get here, it was a “beauty overload”, but no one’s complaining. we took not many pics this time. just decided to enjoy the views.

      as for food, Waterton had one restaurant with healthy vegan and veggie alternatives. the rest of our trip, we mostly lived on greasy unhealthy food.

    What a coincidence! I was there 2nd week of July too!!! ISn’t it so gorgeous. Loved the Hike up Bears Hump.
