Wheatgrass Powder is a wonderful way to take wheatgrass it it a lot less fuss than growing it and then juiceing it. And its not yet made me look like a monkey, Ha ha. Great blog I really like it.

What a funny pic! I grew wheat grass last summer. I must have let it get too tall because the juice (although mixed with carrot juice) was quite bitter. I sowed seeds directly into the soil without sprouting them, it takes a few extra days that way. It’s very healthy and easy to grow, costs a lot at health food stores.
