We’re software gnyanashoonyams who categorise code as a major allergen. Hence, we’re mighty tickled to win the BEST DESIGNED INDIBLOG 2008 at the Indibloggies Awards.
We feel like the Eskimos who wandered into a crowded Manhattan pub and were told they’d won the prize for best Halloween costume. Thank you for responding to our neighbour’s petition, and for not giving up on us.
We also placed third in the INDIBLOG OF THE YEAR and BEST TRAVEL INDIBLOG categories. The results are HERE.
We will be doing some routine security and software updates over the next few days. If the blog gets sucked into oblivion in the process, we’d like to have engraved on its epitaph (in Futura font): CODE SUCKS. It was wonderful knowing all of you.

BTW, I like nature’s “cupcakes” frosted all ways: dusted, thick piles, and hot & molten….though I’ve only seen that in Lassen Volcanic National Park: http://www.nps.gov/LAVO/index.htm Yellowstone’s still on my ‘to do’ list.
