Thats a whole of stamens! Poppy? bad guess, i guess;) LOL- the “tag”…good idea tho.
I’ll tell you what it’s not: it’s not a purple flower. B&W will not do, ok?
An allium of some sort….let’s say shallots!

i have no freaking clue…so will not warrant a guess even!!
Its most definitely the flower of an onion plant. In fact I have a picture of it in my folder.

I meant *bee*.
yes and no. bees do visit this flower, but at a later stage in its growth.
Yes an Allium for sure. Looks like a garlic chive flower enlarged (or an onion).
Back again.. is it the Onion Flowers that grow on the hollow stalks? (no often seen open tho) we used to cook the stalks in india.. never saw them here.
Who`s art is it anyway???
Bee’s.
Rose?
Ok. Have no clue seeing this flower sketch.
So resort to cheating/googling
Google says this: Broadleaf Wild Leek (Allium ampeloprasum)
from http://scienceray.com/biology/botany/top-10-most-beautiful-garlic-and-onion-flowers/
Now if I am wrong, I will blame google!
Some kind of allium!
