Humm…something I ought to learn from here.
Because my daughter is visiting, and due to extremely high temperatures, I stopped my regular walking in the mornings for “the duration”. This has given me incentive to at least be more careful with my calories and renewed my intentions to not only return to walking, but to do so for longer periods of time/greater distances once she is back at her school (still hot or not!). Thanks for the nudge – leading by example.
