    Oooh! Perfect for summer! so the salad part: did u add cucumber in the dahi and carrots in the vada as well as for garnishing on top?

    This is one dish I have not attempted — mostly because I am (always) trying to avoid deep-frying and the one time I tried baking a vada, it wasn’t so great. Knowing you guys, you probably have some secret trick for making this super-healthy right? :) Will watch and wait…
