Very nice, you guys!
woow..what clicks lady..these are absolutely awesome!!
beautiful! They look like the orioles I used to see in Calcutta. Only the black and yellow are in reverse.
Beautiful!!!
Beautiful!!!
Handsome birds. Great shots.
We have red-wing blackbirds here in northern CA that fill a similar role in the habitat. They look so spiffy with their red wing bar ‘epaulettes.’ Pretty trilling songs, too.
Stunning pics!
what are the different lenses that you guys use? is there somewhere that has been updated ? Please do let me know. Thanks.

Very beautiful………..it looks like it also wants to give pose to you……
Such pretty birds
The yellow crest against the brilliant blue is breathtaking!
Pretty shots! The ones with the fanned wings are gorgeous!
Such nice crisp snaps of the birds in flight - shows what a good camera in the right hands can do. Well that and patience on the part of the photographer. I am guessing somebody spent quite a while quietly waiting to be in position for the various shots.
I appreciated the link to hear their “song” as well. What a racket coming out of those gorgeously colored bodies.
We have a local miniature version somewhat similar - goldfinches with the same basic color scheme. They perch on much smaller stems and eat wildflower seeds and thistle in special feeders. Their high-low “song” is often compared to a rusty hinge on a gate.
You have an open invitation to visit and photograph them any time.
The first pic took my breath away! It’s so lovely.
