Jai, the pics look absolutely stunning, simple yet soul satisfying dish… I love to saute greens and the papads give a nice crunch. Bee, I actually came here to wish thinking its your birthday today then realized its in the coming week !

The pitures are beautiful. We are so used to eating Pappads on the side, never as a part of a dish. This idea gives a nice crunch to the greens.
