LOL!! I’m a true aunty– the plump properly-eating types! I can’t survivie on sandwiches and salad for long. For me, salad is a part of the meal, not the meal itself!

I tried this yesterday, and it is amazingly convenient, tasty and filling too! I used brown rice, red canned beans, and a mix of dried fruits and nuts, plus toasted melon seeds. Thanks for a brilliant idea.
