		<description>This post has turned my pesto world upside down. Somehow I had never thought of using several types of herbs/leaves to make a single pesto! I guess I&#039;m not that adventurous :P But I&#039;ve been using cashews in my pesto for awhile now because I love the slight sweetness that they lend to the sauce.
