		<description>Made the kadhi yesterday. Agree it&#039;s very much like Moar Kuzhambu (South Indian version). I was looking for a easy way to add koftas-- and made one up with 1 raw banana I found in fridge. Here&#039;s how.
Just boil it whole(with cover) and mash it up. Add 1 tsp oil to a pan  , and added some mustard seeds and urad dal. Once they crackle, add the mashed banana,turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder. Turn around a few times. You can make small patties and shallow fry them, or just just make balls out of this and add to the kadhi. Delicious!</description>
