Peach Lassi with Saffron

October 11, 2007 |

or … an evening in a food blogger’s life.

What’s for dinner? Check the events calendar.

Choose all the birds you want to kill with one stone.

Hang some low-fat yogurt in a cheesecloth for 15 minutes, to drain some of the liquid. Or pretend you did.

Take picture of peaches.

Blend yogurt with peaches, a pinch of saffron and a dash of honey.

Take picture.

Nah, that sucks.

Distort.

Send it to Mansi for A Fruit a Month - Peach. She wants us to write something about peaches. Well, they are of a ummm…. peach colour. :)

Sunita wants us to Think Spice: Saffron. We did. ;;)
