		<description>mashing will work. there&#039;s no need to blend it. even while using the blender, use the &quot;pulse&quot; mode, not the &quot;blend&quot; mode. also, try baking them to heat them through, then crisping them on the outside with a couple teaspoons of oil. that way it will be hot all the way through. or crisp them, then stick them in the oven to heat all the way through. everything in it is cooked, so it just needs to heat through. </description>

		<description>Thank you for your answer. Would it be better if I just blended the kidney beans or mash them with a fork, then mix them and the other ingrediants in a bowl? I think I blended the ingrediants too much. With the blender I used I had to keep stopping it, push the mix down and blend some more to get it even.</description>
