your cauliflower leaves three ways was a fun post! I make patra and never thought of using anything other than arbi leaves. Will give give it a go soon but will be kale or swiss chard etc because I have never seen cauliflower leaves even in our farmers market. For kale leaves I was looking for baked version. The ones in whole foods were two whole crispy leaves sealed in a plastic bag and about $6. The leaves are thicker near the stem and thinner on the edges so baking whole will have burnt edges and maybe crispy center so wanted to know if anyone has tried baking them and knows exactly when they crisp up and then not burn them, even if you cut them up in pieces.

Baked french fries turned out great. Thank you!.

Hi Bee,Jai

Was looking for baked fries recipe and thought your blog must have it and indeed. I will try these soon as my husband got a huge bag of organic potatoes from Trader Joes which will start sprouting soon and I have read somewhere that sprouted potatoes are not to be eaten. Looks like readers of your blog have tried baking all kinds of root vegetables. Now, has anyone tried baking kale, I saw kale chips in whole Foods, coated with cheddar. I wonder if that can be done at home. It totally was one of those things which makes you feel why didn't I think of it!.
