Just wanted to let you know your Kashmiri Garam Masala recipe is execellent! I like only a slight hint of the fennel/anise flavor--but in this complex and well balanced blend, it works out well. I was searching extensively online and through books for ideas for something like this, and was so happy I found your recipe because it was exactly what I was looking for in a taste combination. We are vegetarians and a little of this is a wonderful complement to palak paneer--I'd encourage anyone interested to give it a try. Thanks so much for posting it!
