Crusts and Crumbs
February 20, 2007 | 2 Comments
We love bread – baking it, eating it, and writing about it. Both of us, if asked to choose ONE culinary indulgence, would pick fresh bread, hot from the oven.
Beginning tomorrow, we commence a new series about bread-making. We will focus on (but not limit ourselves to) yeasted breads, mainly savoury ones. Over the years, our emphasis has been on incorporating whole grains and a host of vegetables in our bread recipes.
We will discuss techniques, cookbooks, ingredients, successes and mishaps in our baking endeavours. We bake bread atleast once a week, and look forward to sharing our favourite recipes and experiences with you all.

You bake atleast once a week. Wow! I dream of baking once a week, but you actually do it.
Hoping to learn from this series!
