Yellow, orange and green peppers, celery, radishes, carrots, cooked broccoli, cooked cauliflower, jicama, red chard, blanched asparagus, parsley, romaine lettuce, zucchini and tomato…….
plus three dips….
Sun-dried Tomato, Olive and Almond Pesto,
Cilantro-Mint Chutney, and
Pumpkin Thuviyal.

let’s just say this. i made a huge mess, there were mounds of veggies everywhere, in different states of dishevelement, J took the pictures, and he then did all the cleaning up. it took a while. – b.
