Bouquets for My Valentine

Yellow, orange and green peppers, celery, radishes, carrots, cooked broccoli, cooked cauliflower, jicama, red chard, blanched asparagus, parsley, romaine lettuce, zucchini and tomato…….

plus three dips….
Sun-dried Tomato, Olive and Almond Pesto,
Cilantro-Mint Chutney, and
Pumpkin Thuviyal.

Our low-fat, vegan entry for Susan’s ‘Vegetable Love’ event at FatFree Vegan.

This is also our contribution to Pooja’s Valentine’s Day event at My Creative Ideas.

    This looks so adorable Bee! Especially the tulips, simply loving that one!

    so you like the tulips better than J’s tomato rose? he’s gonna be sad. lol.

    B, Fabulous assortment of veggies. How many hours did you spend?

    let’s just say this. i made a huge mess, there were mounds of veggies everywhere, in different states of dishevelement, J took the pictures, and he then did all the cleaning up. it took a while. - b.
